RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

We work hard to ensure all of our customers get the quality and satisfaction that they deserve. We are not excepting refunds, due to COVID-19. However, if you do happen to receive the wrong unit, leave a message via email, or through our website. You will be able to send the item(s) back via mail. If the unit(s) are at all altered, we will NOT accept the refund.     

 PICK-UP/DROP OFF

At the moment, our only pick-up location is Yorkdale Mall. (see checkout for exact address) You will be contacted via DM or email, when your unit is in the customization process, & when it is ready to be picked up. This option could take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING 

After your order is placed, it will take up to 3 business days for us to ship it out, & send you your tracking number. It will then take an additional 9 days, for your package to arrive. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at any time. We will try our best to respond within a timely manner. 

 PAYMENTS

We have payments through your Bank/Credit Card, Sezzle & Bank Deposit (EMT) available. If you do chose to place an order through Bank Deposit, the amount must be paid to kaylafrateer@hotmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. If not, your order will be canceled; as all of our Ready to Wear Wigs & products come on a first-come first-serve basis.
